Although you cannot watch terrestrial broadcasts, the room is equipped with a 100-inch projector. You can watch NETFLIX, YouTube Premium, Amazon PRIME, and Disney+. The projector can be connected via USB and HDMI, so if you bring your own game console you can enjoy it on a large screen.

We regret to inform you that our hotel does not offer barrier-free access. Wheelchair access is possible, so please speak to a member of staff when you check in.

Face-to-face check-in by local staff is available from 3pm to 6pm. If you are going to be significantly later than the arrival time you specified when making your reservation, please let us know in advance. The final check-out time is 11am. Please note that if you do not leave promptly by 11:00, we will charge you 3,000 yen for every 15 minutes.

Check-in is generally by 8 p.m., so if you are arriving after 8 p.m., please let us know your arrival time in advance. If we do not hear from you by 8 p.m., your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Guests arriving by train or express bus can use the shuttle service between Kawaguchiko Station and the facility. If you would like to use the shuttle service, please contact LINE Concierge in advance to let us know your arrival time. Please note that we only have one shuttle vehicle, which is also used by guests from other facilities, so we may not be able to pick you up at your desired time.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or transportation IC card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB.

Up to 5 people can stay. If you wish to book a room for 6 or more people, please contact the LINE Concierge. *Children aged 5 and under stay free of charge and are not included in the guest count.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with pets at our facility. There is no limit on the number of pets you can stay with us in the annex building, "hotel norm. fuji." You can spend time together indoors, and we also have a dog park and dog amenities available. There are also facilities nearby where you can leave your luggage.
